I’ve been poling since 2012 and I can’t believe it took this long for me to find these perfect knee pads. I’m so picky about knee pads because I don’t like how thick and bulky others are and these are exactly what I wanted — thick enough to have substantial padding when doing basework/floorwork but thin enough to where they don’t add unnecessary bulk to my legs aesthetically… and match my skin tone perfectly!

Best Floorwork kneepads

This is my second pair of kneepads from
polessentials, I also have the grippy ones for pole. I used these for a floorwork dance class and they are amazing. Slimline, comfortable and the shape and length are perfect. Will 100% reccomend to any fellow dancers looking for kneepads.

this is my second pair of kneepads from pole essentials, (formerly gel kneepads) and theres a reason i’m a returning customer. these kneepads are extremely comfortable, sturdy, and seamless to wear. the gel inserts provide great padding to my knees (which would be covered in bruises without them) and the silicone lined edges keep them from shifting too much on my leg when i dance. i’m very happy with my purchase and am sure i’ll be just as pleased with the next!
